   You are what you eat.Making simple adjustment to your daily diet can help ease the symptoms of chronicailments, prevent deadly diseases and make you feel years younger.
   Many of us eat far too many refined and processed foods that leave us feeling listless, tired and perpetually "under the weather." Choosing fresh,whole foods is the first step in creating a healthful diet.
Anti Cancer Diet
   What you eat on a daily basis plays a critical role in helping prevent cancer and other diseases:
1.eat foods that are high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables and wholegrain cereals.
2.eat foods rich in vitamins A and C.
3.include more cruciferous vegetables,such as cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts,kohlrabi and cauliflower.
4.Cut down on fatty foods, alcoholic beverages, smoked or nitrite cured and salt cured foods.


Anti Pre Menstrual Syndrome Diet

  If you suffer from the irritability,aches, pains and mood swings of premenstrual syndrome, heed the following dietary prescription:
1.Avoid caffeine, sugar, salt, white flour, dairy foods , red meat, alcohol, butter , fried foods , MSG and processed foods at least two weeks prior to your period.
2.Boost your intake of salads,green vegetables, grains and fruits.You may even choose to go vegetarian during your period, eliminating meat entirely.
3.Boost your intake of magnesium by eating plenty of dark, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, plus broccoli, beans ,nuts and whole grains.
4.To combat a deficiency in essential fatty acids, eat plenty of deep sea fish such as tuna and salmon.
