The body has a remarkable ability to heal itself. Keeping the body moving through a regular program of exercise helps the organs do their job. Most people, however, shudder when they hear the word "exercise" because it sounds like work.
But exercise doesn't have to be drudgery. The secret is finding something you enjoy doing.(Don't be
afraid to switch to something else in a few months if you find yourself getting bored.)   Any program that raises your heart beat for 20 minutes three times a week is a great way to start.  Realize that overexercising can bejust as dangerous as not doing anything at all. Exhausting yourself creates excess free radicals in the body that endanger good health. Slow and steady is the key. Start small and as you increase your endurance, you'll be able to work longer and harder.

Walking Really Works
It's easy,it's cheap, it needs no expensive athletic equipment, and you can do it anytime, anyplace,
rain or shine.Go for a walk.   Brisk walking (3 mph or more) benefits your body and mind in a variety of ways.It cuts your risk of heart disease and diabetes by getting the body to use insulin more efficiently. It also lowers LDL cholesterol, while elevating the HDL cholesterol.
Walking speeds up your digestive system so it can eliminate body toxins more quickly, which can
prevent colon cancer. And the effect of walking on the circulation of estrogen in woman may help prevent breast cancer. Most people who take a brisk walk on a daily basis experience the added bonuses of weight loss and improved memory function. To gain the most benefit, it's important to wear proper fitting sneakers or walking shoes; to do a warm up and cool down for three minute at eash session and most significantly to commit to walking every day.

A Bicycle built for you

Many areas across the country offer pleasant bike paths to encourage cycling. Cycling provides
great cardiovascular benefits, in addition to strengthening the muscles and tendons of the legs. A
half-hour ride at a moderate 15 mph will burn 400 calories(equivalent to short stack of blueberry
pancakes)!

All about Aerobics
Aerobic exercise, also called cardiovascular exercise, is movement designed to strengthen the
heart. Your heart will beat an average of 2.5 billion times in your lifetime, pumping five quarts of
blood to every cell each minute.
Aerobic exercise is designed to double your resting pulse rate for 20 to 30 minutes, with actions
that help to oxygenate the blood.(The word aerobic literally means"with oxygen.")
Swimming, bike riding, jogging, jumping rope, handball, tennis and basketball are all excellent forms
of aerobic exercise.
